New Jobs Permission: View Revenue Budget
We’ve added a new permission under Jobs that gives teams more control over who can view revenue-related budget data.
View Revenue Budget
This permission allows you to toggle visibility of revenue budget columns across:
- WIP
- Jobs table
- Job budget table
The permission is enabled by default for all standard roles, except Contributor (which already does not have access to jobs). You can now toggle this setting when creating or customizing roles.
Why it matters:
This update helps teams share the right level of financial visibility across roles — keeping sensitive revenue data accessible only to those who need it.
