New Workflow Conditions: Linked PO & Card Transaction

We’ve added two powerful new conditions you can use in approval workflows:

Linked PO (for Bills)
Route bills based on how they relate to their linked PO:

• "is exceeded by" — triggers if the bill exceeds the PO by X
• "has X or less remaining" — triggers if the PO has X or less left after the bill

Card Transaction (for Receipts)
Route receipts based on whether they’re matched to a card transaction:

• "is matched" — the receipt has a linked card transaction
• "is not matched" — the receipt is not yet matched

Why it matters:

‍These new conditions give you more control to route approvals based on real-world context — like overspending or unmatched receipts — without extra review work.
